Arayué
Arayué is a project born in Berlin, made of musicians from Bolivia, Chile and Venezuela. The band name is borrowed from the song “Arallue” from Ray Barreto. It invokes a longing “Saudade” feeling for a magical tropical island. Arayué proposes the reinterpretation of latin American genres, blending rhythms of salsa, bachata, samba, bolero, cuban son, folk music and jazz.
